All STLERC Members who are paid and in good standing will have access to a password protected area of the STLERC web site. Every Active Member will be required to maintain their individual profile so that their contact information remains current. This will allow the STLERC Board & Planning Committee to provide timely communications on STLERC & industry events and ensure that the member continues to remain in Active status. Periodic e-mails will be sent to the membership to prompt profile updates as needed.
In addition, all active members will have access to the contact information of all active STLERC members, Board & Planning Committee. Presentations from STLERC meetings will also be available for use & access by the membership along with Discussion Forums as industry issues emerge.
Benefits of becoming a STLERC member:
- Members only have log-in access to STLERC membership roster
- Members can maintain their individual profiles for speedy communication by STLERC (primarily via e-mail)
- Members only have access to STLERC Meeting Presentations and handouts
- Members only can automatically renew membership and pay on-line with a click of a mouse
- Members only have access to the STLERC Discussion (chat) forum which will be activated when topic merges warranting feedback or discussion
How does a person register to become a member?
Corporate Representatives may join without any restrictions. Service Providers are restricted to two members of their firm to join STLERC.
A prospective member will register via the website and submit their individual information which includes: name, address, phone numbers, e-mail and organization.
Once a prospective member submits their application on line, their membership status remains in a “pending” status for STLERC Board review. Upon review by the Board, the response to the prospective member will be notified via e-mail.
Membership Dues & Payment (New members)
The ANNUAL membership fee is $100.00 per person and is NON-refundable. The membership year runs from January 1st through December 31st.
The payment process can occur on-line and payment made via credit card. An invoice will be generated for the member’s records or reimbursement purposes.
If payment by check is preferred, the prospective member will still be required to submit their information on-line. Upon STLERC approval of the submission, an invoice will be generated and e-mailed. Payment can be mailed to the indicated address on the invoice. The prospective member will move to “active” status after payment is processed. There will be a fee of $15.00 charged to the member for any returned check.
Membership Renewal (Current members)

At the end of the membership year, the member in Active Status will receive notification via e-mail that it is time to renew their membership. The Active Member will be prompted to log in to the STLERC website and initiate payment of the annual dues. If you are a current active member, you must LOG IN and renew vs. creating a brand new record on the web site.
